With this trick (and patch 1.1, without patch it still gives Fatal Error 5 or 9) you can run that game immediatelly (but in small window, this game has no resolution settings). This game is technically unplayable after XP on modern systems, with many Fatal Errors (4,5,8,9. Remember, you can use this trick to run games like 1997's 'Dark Earth' for example. Share your experience - how it works for you? I believe this is the first working solution for this game in native environment, enjoy :) If you keep running more than 1 panel, crashes and issues will occure. If you have more than 1 display, use only your primary display and disable the rest. I have nVidia GPU so I can't tell for AMD, it seems this pays difference as well.
